Information is limited in this way. We provide our clients with more information such as a property profile containing the history, tax records and pricing comparables of recently sold homes. Knowledge is power and we provide this to our clients to provide an edge in the purchasing process.
You're The Focus purchasing services include:
- Reviewing the features you want to see in the home and making sure you receive automatic email with up to the day listings
- Detailed information including history, profiles, comparables and trends
- Negotiating the real estate contract and disclosures
- Managing the escrow process by obtaining all disclosure, inspection and other forms needed and keeping you informed throughout the process
- Scheduling the inspections, reviewing the findings and negotiating the repairs as needed
- Providing conflict resolutions and alternatives as needed
- Representing your best interest while providing guidance and best of all there is no cost to use our services. Our fees are paid by the selling brokerage as part of their negotiated listing contract with the seller(s).
